The folks at Anthony's have always given honest assessments & fair estimates on what, for us in our experience with them, have been costly breakdowns and long distance tows. The big ones hurt & they have shown a willingness to negotiate on larger jobs & tows, flat rates when they can, just really nice folks all around who care about another family run business in a world of large chain service centers with sub-par work & and a one-size-fits-all herd approach. They are our "GO TO" vendor in the area and are designated as such. If they can't do it or can't get to it, they're always willing to be a resource and help us find folks they work with.
